Mitigate Cyber Security have been a Cyber Essentials certification body for QG Management since October 2014 and APMG since August 2017. We are known as an industry-leading Cyber Essentials and Cyber Essentials Plus certification body, having been awarded the prestigious GCHQ Certified Training badge for our courses covering the Cyber Essentials standard.
We are always looking to improve our processes and make it as easy as possible for our clients as the make their way through the certification process. For this reason, Mitigate have decided not to renew our contract with QG Management after its expiration this month. Instead, we will now be certifying our clients exclusively through APMG, utilising their online questionnaire portal.
If you have a current QG Management certificate, then it remains valid until its expiration date. When it comes time to renew, the pricing and assessment structure remain exactly as before.
The APMG process is very simple: you fill out and submit the questionnaire on the online portal; your submission comes through directly to us; and one of our assessors verifies your answers and returns the results to you. Certificates are issued instantly and electronically once the assessment has been passed. Certificate renewal is also simplified—renewal emails are sent automatically a few months before your renewal and during the period leading up to your renewal date, ensuring you are compliant before the expiry.
